Our Founder

Victoria (known as Tor) has experienced cancer for almost a decade, since being originally diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2015.

Currently riddled with cancer, she is now living with terminal cancer where the disease has spread to her bones. But she is determined not to be defined by this; having found a new love for fitness and its transformative power, she wants to help empower others.

Through regular training sessions and the unwavering support of Empowerment Training Centre (ETC) in Northampton, Tor’s confidence grew to new levels, and a feeling of regaining control over her life made her want to not only take on a physical challenge but to build a legacy for her daughter Isla and all cancer warriors.

Tor took part in a Global Fitness Competition Hyrox, raising over £33,000, therefore deciding to start a charity to help others. She was the first person to complete a Women’s Solo Hyrox and has since gone on to compete again, showing even more of the benefits of exercise whilst undergoing continuous cancer treatment.

“I’m hoping to inspire others living with cancer to live their best life.”
